This form is for Lexonic Coordinators to nominate staff for Lexonic Advance training. This includes:
Replacement Training: For staff replacing colleagues who have left or no longer deliver Lexonic Advance (eligibility to be verified by your Account Manager).
Additional Training: For schools looking to expand their Lexonic team and increase delivery capacity.
Please note the following costs apply for Additional Staff training (beyond verified replacements):
Secondary Schools: £1000 + VAT per delegate
Primary Schools: £870 + VAT per delegate
Training will be held regionally in:
London (Venue and Dates TBC).
Birmingham (Venue and Dates TBC).
Specific dates and host school locations will be shared once places are provisionally allocated.
Lexonic Advance: 09:00 - 15:00 over two days.

Submitting this form is a request for places. Your Lexonic Account Manager will review the nominations to verify eligibility for replacement training.
Following the internal review, all nominations (replacement and Additional) will be submitted to Trust Leads for final review and funding approval.
Please do not book travel or cover until you receive a formal confirmation email from your Account Manager.
Data provided will be used solely for the purpose of updating our training records and managing Lexonic capacity within Ark.
